This study is aimed at identifying the impact of digital divide on the quality of university education at Jordan private University in the north region, and the descriptive analytical approach has been used to suit the nature of the study so as to design the appropriate tool through the questionnaire, as it was distributed to a sample of (250) of the faculty members as a representative sample of the study community. The most important results were is represented by the fact that there is statistically significant effect at the level of significance (? <0.05) of the digital divide with its dimensions (Digital reach, digital ability divide, digital results divide) on the quality of the university education in its dimensions (Strategic vision of leadership, academic reputation, quality of students (graduates), besides the quality of scientific research, as well as the quality of a university professor).
