STEM education, which stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, is a field of education that has gained significant importance in recent years. As we progress into an increasingly complex and technologically advanced world, the need for individuals with strong STEM skills has become more critical than ever before. STEM education equips students with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to navigate and thrive in our rapidly evolving society. This study aims to identify the level of awareness among teachers in the planning and implementation of STEM programs in primary schools. The research involves collecting data through pre-post tests of a group and a case study approach to analyze the data quantitatively and qualitatively. Data analysis will be conducted to identify the level of awareness among teachers and gather their perspectives on the implementation of the STEM approach. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights to stakeholders in enhancing teachers' awareness of STEM programs and improving the implementation of the STEM approach in primary school classrooms.
