The Igikuria verb structure has verb roots that are incomprehensible unless accompanied by the final vowel which changes according to the mood. Igikuria language has subject markers; the object markers, negations, focus, infinity, question formation and tone are also captured.
The study looked into the structure of the Igikuria verb root and determined that it is morphologically inflected to denote, person, number, infinity, subject, object, negations and focus.
