Role of Electronic Education in Training Knowledge – Based Human

Electronic education is the result of third millennium and Information age, which came to existence according to development of Information technology. Electronic education, on one hand, is able to decrease the needs related to Global Village theory and globalization and on the other hand, is able answer the question in different areas of traditional education. The gift of this educational method in 21st century is equal education for all people in different geographical areas, without concerning space and time limitation, and removing knowledge gap and training knowledge-based people.
