Zaryab Sheikh, Shafaq Rana

Open access

The main area of change in organizational strategy is the extensive use of third party logistics
providers who are using advanced information technology tools and integration of supply chain
to enhance customer satisfaction. By outsourcing the logistics operations, companies can focus
on their core competencies and other important areas of organization which can’t be
outsourced. The analysis of this paper is conducted by discussing different concepts of supply
chain integration, customer satisfaction, advanced information technology and third party
logistics providers, and their impact on customer satisfaction with theoretical framework. An
analytical model is also presented.
