This study aims to identify the reasons for resistance to change organizational to reduce the resistance of staff to change the company's national distribution of electricity and gas, also aimed to identify the role of the study variables, and to achieve the objective of the study, and after the process of collecting questionnaires are encoded and entered into the computer and processed statistically using the statistical program ( spss).
