This research paper proposes the development of cooperative relations between the World Islamic Call Society and the Islamic Call Charity Organization in the field of Islamic propagation in Malaysia. The paper highlights the importance of collaboration between these two organizations in promoting the Islamic faith and values in Malaysia. It outlines the challenges faced by the Islamic community in Malaysia and emphasizes the need for joint efforts to address them. The paper suggests various strategies and initiatives that could be implemented to enhance the cooperation between the two organizations, such as joint programs and events, sharing of resources and expertise, and capacity-building programs. The proposed development of cooperative relations between the two organizations is expected to contribute to the growth and strengthening of the Islamic community in Malaysia and to promote greater understanding and cooperation between Muslims worldwide
