Since the Covid-19 pandemic hit the world, the way teachers teach has changed, and has had a profound impact on the country's education system. Teachers should implement Blended Learning (BLTc) using digital media using traditional online methods as the main mechanism of knowledge transfer. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the challenges faced by teachers in implementing blended learning and suggested improvements in the implementation of blended learning (BL) by teachers in their BLTc. The design of this study by analysing documents using data sources from previous studies, secondary data from the e-learning group of the Ministry of Education, websites, quotes, and news from all over Malaysia and abroad. The results show that two main challenges have been identified, namely teachers' readiness to master digital technology skills and teachers' self-efficacy in implementing this approach. This research also provides suggestions for improvements to educators on how digital technology can be used to improve the implementation of blended learning in a creative and innovative way by participating in online courses and internal training. To deal with this problem as well, parents and teachers also need to make a paradigm shift to keep up with the latest technological developments. The Department of Education should also develop or improve the curriculum based on this blended learning.
