Effect of Meaningful Work on Job Engagement: An Empirical Study of Employees at the Ministry of Interior in the State of Qatar

This study aimed to investigate the effect of Meaningful Work on Job Engagement. To achieve the objectives of the study, a quantitative approach was utilized by employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research population consisted of employees at the Ministry of Interior in the State of Qatar, with a final sample size of 259 employees representing the characteristics of the study population. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant positive Effect of the dimensions of Meaningful Work, which are Greater Good Motivation (GGM), Positive Meaning (PM), and Meaning-Making through Work (MMW), on Job Engagement (JE).
