The construction of self-education system for university students is the inevitable requirement of cultivating young political talents. Youth is the future of the country and the hope of the nation. university students, as the most vivid representative and main force of contemporary youth, are an important pillar to promote the development of the country and society. The most important thing for the cultivation of young political talents is to promote self-growth. People's growth must eventually be completed by self-education. The construction of self-education system is to help students learn to self-education. At present, university students in the new era still lack the ability to carry out self-education correctly, and their families, schools and society have not yet formed a guiding force. Through the dimensions of self-cognition, self-planning, self-improvement, self-management and self-evaluation, the self-education system of university students can be effectively constructed, the effective way to optimize the linkage mechanism of self-education by exploring the mode of school-family-social force.
