This study aims to highlight the importance of integrating Islamic civilizational values into sports governance systems as a framework that combines administrative efficiency with ethical commitment. Such integration contributes to improving the performance of sports institutions and strengthening their societal role. The study examines the conceptual framework of Islamic values and sports governance, emphasizing the areas of convergence between them. It also presents practical mechanisms through which this integration can be implemented within sports institutions, such as embedding values in regulations, activating consultative decision-making (shura), and enhancing value-based oversight. The study further identifies the positive impacts of integrating these values, including the promotion of integrity and transparency, the achievement of institutional justice, the improvement of decision-making quality, and the development of a sports culture grounded in respect and discipline. Conversely, it discusses key challenges that may hinder this approach, such as the gap between theory and practice, resistance to change, insufficient ethical training, and the difficulty of reconciling global standards with cultural specificity. The study concludes that integrating Islamic civilizational values into sports governance represents a strategic necessity for balancing authenticity and modernity. This requires the adoption of clear policies, the strengthening of value-based leadership, and the activation of monitoring and training tools to ensure the effective and sustainable institutionalization of this model.
